Is there a particular book that is your nemesis–the book you’re determined to one day finish?
I had to wrack my brains for this one, because though I have been sinful of giving up on books because I didn't enjoy them, I mostly never intend on rereading and finishing them off. But then I managed to come up with two books: City Of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare and The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown.
About the Mortal Instruments series - I honestly haven't been able to get why it's so famous and liked by millions. Personally, I didn't enjoy the books very much to the point that I couldn't finish City of Lost Souls. However, I'll give it another go one day just so I can get over with the series and try to understand what the fuss is all about.
And about The Lost Symbol - frankly, I haven't been able to finish it because of other priorities and things, but I definitely will read it one day. I've read all of Brown's other books and find them really, really, good.
I love feedback - tell me all about your book-nemesis! :)

I don't feel like I should be reading books I do not like cause other people like them. If I am new to something I will try but when I put it down already I will not pick it up again. Very brave you feel like giving it another chance.
Yeah, I haven't been able to get into the Clare books either.

I really enjoyed City of Bones, but for some reason didn't continue the series. ): Maybe one day.. (that's what she said) Lol(;
I've never tried anything by Dan Brown. Probably won't, but who knows?
